Dhriti Shetty brings an organisational psychology and people-development lens shaped by a deep curiosity about human behaviour at work. With an MSc in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology from King’s College London, her work sits at the intersection of psychology, learning, culture, capability and behavioural change. Across her corporate experience, she saw that organisations rarely fall short because their people lack talent or intent. More often, performance begins to falter when people do not understand what is expected, managers are not equipped to lead, or the lived experience of work does not reflect the organisation’s ambitions.
Dhriti’s decision to build Alaya was shaped by seeing where strategy execution so often breaks down: not in the ambition of the strategy itself, but in its journey from the leadership room to everyday work. Even the strongest direction can lose momentum when people do not understand what it means for their role, managers are unable to translate it into action, or the organisation’s culture and ways of working pull in a different direction. At Alaya, Dhriti brings a thoughtful, evidence-informed and practical approach to helping leaders close that gap—so strategy is not merely communicated, but understood, carried forward and lived through the decisions and behaviours of people across the organisation.
